It’s ok if you can not answer all the questions, but by providing us as much information as possible it speeds up the process of screening new puppy buyers and helping us in matching puppies to potential new homes. Please, realize that filling out this form does not guarantee you a puppy, but is just the beginning of our approval process. We do not choose puppies for potential new owners based on color, instead we try to match personalities and temperaments to the needs of the new owners based on what they are looking for in a new puppy.
